MERION COUNTRY CLUB

DIGITAL ASSET DESCRIPTION The RWA tied to 450 Ardmore Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003 represents ownership exposure to Merion Golf Club, an institution where the passage of time became part of the asset itself. Few sporting venues in America possess a deeper connection to the continuity of competition, memory, and achievement. Across generations, the same fairways have witnessed defining moments that became woven into the fabric of the game. What makes this asset significant is its relationship with history. While many venues are remembered for what they look like, Merion is remembered for what happened there. The property became a gathering place for eras, where champions separated by decades encountered the same challenges, walked the same ground, and became part of the same ongoing story. The land itself functions as a living archive. Every generation adds another chapter without erasing the ones that came before it. In this way, Merion represents something increasingly rare in modern culture: a place whose value grows not through expansion or reinvention, but through accumulated significance. The blockchain connection is direct. Both archives and blockchains preserve records through time. One safeguards moments, achievements, and institutional memory in the physical world, while the other safeguards ownership and provenance in the digital world. As a blockchain-based real-world asset, 450 Ardmore Avenue represents verifiable exposure to one of the most historically layered sporting institutions in the United States. The significance of this address is not the course itself. The significance is that generation after generation left a piece of sporting history behind, transforming the property into a living archive of achievement. ## Archived & Preserved by Jacob Alan Ervin Lovaas🇺🇸🎩 June 7, 2026
