NATIONAL COOPERATIVE REFINERY ASSOCIATION (NCRA) REFINERY

DIGITAL ASSET DESCRIPTION The RWA tied to the National Cooperative Refinery Association Refinery represents ownership exposure to one of the strategically significant petroleum refining facilities serving the central United States. Located in Liberal, Kansas, the refinery serves as a critical component of the infrastructure responsible for producing fuels and petroleum products that support agriculture, transportation, commerce, manufacturing, and regional economic activity throughout the Mid-Continent region. What makes this asset unique is its historical connection to the cooperative and agricultural economies of the American heartland. Through advanced refining operations, crude oil is transformed into gasoline, diesel fuel, and other essential products that support farming operations, freight transportation, industrial activity, and commercial supply chains. Its location allows it to serve communities and industries that depend upon reliable fuel infrastructure across a broad geographic area. The property occupies a distinctive position within the national energy landscape because it reflects the longstanding relationship between energy production and cooperative economic systems. This connection reinforces its role in supporting regional energy security and economic resilience throughout portions of Kansas and neighboring states. The blockchain use case associated with this asset demonstrates how critical industrial infrastructure can be permanently preserved within an immutable digital framework. Through tokenization, blockchain technology creates a transparent and enduring record capable of documenting provenance, ownership history, and the digital representation of infrastructure that supports agriculture, commerce, and regional development. The significance of this address is that it represents one of the Mid-Continent region's important petroleum refining facilities, serving as a Cooperative Energy Backbone that connects fuel production, agriculture, transportation, and regional commerce while demonstrating how blockchain technology can permanently preserve and document critical industrial infrastructure.
