Norman's Rare Guitars

Norman’s Rare Guitars — Tarzana Vintage Guitar & Rock History Landmark represents one of Los Angeles’ most important music-culture retail addresses. Located at 18969 Ventura Blvd in Tarzana, this asset is tied to Norman’s Rare Guitars, a world-recognized vintage guitar institution founded by Norman Harris in 1975 and known for rare instruments, musician relationships, collector-grade inventory, appraisals, repairs, and the preservation of rock-and-roll material culture. Its archive significance comes from the instruments and people that pass through the address. This is not generic retail. It is a living guitar-provenance site where professional musicians, collectors, session players, emerging artists, and fans connect with vintage Gibsons, Fenders, Martins, Gretsches, amps, and historically meaningful instruments. The address carries music history, craftsmanship, artist lineage, instrument custody, and San Fernando Valley cultural commerce. The blockchain use case is powerful. A Norman’s Rare Guitars RWA can anchor verifiable digital provenance for music retail history, rare-instrument stewardship, artist-linked object memory, collector-market documentation, cultural commerce, and Los Angeles rock heritage.
