What it is not.
This notice defines the public meaning of the Archive’s digital-asset records, references, TLD connections, and source materials.
These terms state the Archive’s public operating rules plainly. They do not replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Archive object
The Archive presents 566 individually identified PropyKeys ERC-721 digital assets on the Base network. Each record is a mirrored digital twin onchain associated with a represented real-world address or subject. The Archive’s role is curatorial: it preserves the source line, identifies the record, and adds a research-oriented archive reading.
No real-property or subject ownership claim
A token, record, address, image, name, map reference, or archive description does not represent a deed, title policy, lease, easement, possession right, occupancy right, security interest, appraisal, or legal ownership of a physical property. It also does not confer rights in a person, company, brand, institution, landmark, government body, geographic place, or other represented subject. Rights in those matters remain with their respective owners or authorities.
No value or market claim
The Archive does not promise price, scarcity, liquidity, authenticity, investment return, market demand, technical performance, or future availability. Any value discussion, if later included, must be read as opinion or historical observation unless expressly identified otherwise. You are solely responsible for independent due diligence before buying, selling, holding, transferring, or relying on a digital asset.
Blockchain and third-party boundaries
Blockchain networks, token contracts, wallets, marketplaces, registrars, and explorer services are independent systems. We do not control network availability, transaction finality, gas fees, contract behavior, wallet security, account recovery, marketplace rules, or third-party metadata. Never disclose a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, or credentials to anyone claiming to act for the Archive.
TLD and portfolio relationships
A TLD or Library of Invention™ relationship appears only where supplied source material identifies that relationship. A displayed connection is archival information—not a sale, assignment, license, technical integration, or transfer of the TLD, domain, wallet, account, credential, IP, trade secret, or any associated right. A reference does not establish affiliation with a named third party.
Source, reading, and correction
The source Description / Title and relevant token or location information are distinct from the Archive’s summary and significance reading. Source information can be incomplete or changed by its originator. If you identify a credible material error, write to the operator at the address listed in the Privacy Policy with the record identifier, supporting source, and requested correction. We may correct, annotate, or decline a request after review.
No custody, brokerage, or advisory service
The Archive does not hold visitor assets, execute transactions for visitors, provide wallet recovery, offer brokerage or escrow services, or act as a fiduciary, agent, investment adviser, attorney, appraiser, title insurer, or real-estate broker through this site. Seek appropriately qualified professionals for decisions requiring them.
