These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of The American Asset Archive™ website.
These terms state the Archive’s public operating rules plainly. They do not replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Agreement and purpose
By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement and will comply with applicable law. The Archive is a curatorial and research presentation of records, source materials, and original archive reading; it is not an offer, solicitation, brokerage service, appraisal, investment recommendation, legal opinion, tax advice, title report, or guarantee.
Digital assets and represented subjects
Records on this site describe mirrored digital twins onchain associated with represented physical addresses or subjects. A record, token, address, or description does not convey title, deed, occupancy, possession, trademark rights, sponsorship, access, control, or any other right in an underlying property, business, person, place, or third-party asset. Any digital-asset transaction occurs independently of this site and is governed by the applicable wallet, blockchain, marketplace, contract, and platform terms.
No reliance; records may change
Archive records combine supplied source information and original curatorial reading. We seek accuracy, but records may be incomplete, historical, edited, unavailable, or superseded. You are responsible for independent verification before relying on a record, conducting a transaction, or making a legal, financial, or technical decision. Public blockchain data may be permanent, visible, and subject to network conditions outside our control.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse, link to, and quote limited portions of public pages with clear attribution and without implying endorsement.
- Do not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, sell, license, scrape, mine, index at scale, or create a derivative database from site content without written permission, except where a mandatory legal exception applies.
- Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, burden the service with automated means, impersonate another person, or use the Archive unlawfully.
- Do not use Archive material to misrepresent ownership, affiliation, provenance, value, investment performance, real-property rights, or endorsement.
Third-party services and submissions
The site may link to or identify PropyKeys, Base, blockchain explorers, wallet providers, registrars, TLD systems, marketplaces, and other third parties. They are independent, and we do not control, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for them. Do not send confidential information, unpublished inventions, seed phrases, private keys, or proposals you expect us to treat as confidential unless we separately agree in signed writing. Feedback may be used to operate or improve the Archive without obligation, to the extent permitted by law.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not promise that the site, source files, third-party links, or blockchain references will always be available, complete, secure, or error-free.
Limits of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Archive and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, digital assets, opportunities, or value, arising from or related to the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount paid to us for the site in the preceding 12 months. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Archive and its operator from claims arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another’s rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Montana law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts serving Dawson County, Montana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after that date means acceptance.
